Client's Requirements

The Client wanted to change their internal desktop support model to a remote desktop support model to save costs. Hence, they reached out to us to help them with their remote desktop support.

The client wanted a technical support engineer that was classified under the Tier 1 & Tier 2 skill bracket. They also gave us the responsibility of taking complete control over their desktop support functions.
