The client has a German-based real estate company operating from LA & Texas.
Client's Requirement
The requirement was to generate appointments for businesses to approach them and check if they are willing to sell their property. They also expected co-ordination with the service team for living up to the client's expectations. The list of contacts shared by the client included existing customers and qualified prospects. The primary condition was FWS team will be interacting with high-profile customers and the expected deal value was a minimum of 50 million.
Business Challenge
The project demanded to have skilled experts to continuously interact with inquiring customers and co-ordinate with the sales team to go and inspect the customer's home and help them with different options that suit the property accordingly.
