The client approached us to handle their Contact Center requirement. They wanted us to handle all their lead generation activity. The requirement was a complete blend of answering support along with the tele-calling activity.

The client had initially signed up for 5 resources for the trial but even prior to the pilot launch of the project, they gave approval for the project, to begin with, a team of 10 candidates. The team is now successfully performing beyond expectations.
