The Requirement

The Challenges

• We also advised the client to revamp the STLC in the JIRA software

The Result

Now, around 60 tickets are tagged for release and the testing time frame is being pushed to 3-5 days. We are also working on improving the STLC workflow by redesigning the JIRA workflow.
