The Requirement

The client reached out to us for outsourcing offline data entry services. They sought our assistance to capture and transform the data from JPEG screenshots into excel outputs.

The challenge in this project was the tight turnaround time expected by the client. Balancing the quality and turnaround without pushing the cost was a task that lay ahead of us.

Flatworld conducted an initial trial involving 5 screenshots and one resource. The aim was to determine the approximate delivery volume and the feasibility of the project with more resources. The outcome of the dry-run was a success and full-time contract was authorized involving 5 resources and 25000 screenshots. With a one-week deadline, each offline data entry agent was tasked to process 5000 pictures.

• We will download your JPEG screenshots via email
• Data will be captured from the screenshots and segmented as advanced nurse practitioners, emergency care practitioners, practice nurses, emergency nurse practitioners, clients, and paramedics
• The finalized excel output data will be dispatched by email
