The client is a US-based manufacturer, marketer, and supplier of commercial and consumer products.

Client's Requirements and Project Challenges

The client came to FWS for their data entry service needs for over a million registration cards. They intended to use the data for their marketing purpose.

FWS' team was supposed to deliver 20 boxes in a period of 30 days. Each box had around 25000-30000 cards. The registration cards were collected in the malls to create a database for making/sharing customers' marketing collateral.

The overall project required data entry for over a million cards. Since this was a humongous task, we formed a dedicated team of 25 data management expert. The data were in the handwritten format. The data entry expert had to enter each card's information into the Excel sheet. One major challenge was vague & messy handwritings on the cards. We confronted this obstacle by engaging experienced data entry experts who had worked on similar projects. Moreover, we made sure that the Excel file is proofread by our experts.

After successfully completing the data entry and proofreading, our QA experts, meticulously evaluated the Excel sheets for consistency and quality. Later, we uploaded the Excel sheets via the FTP.

The Results
