The client is an individual who owns a photo restoration company in South Korea. The client receives restoration orders from the client and edits the same at his facility. However, due to a surge in restoration assignments the client chose to outsource the task.

The client contacted Flatworld Solutions to save cost and keep up with the customer orders. The client wanted the photos restored using Adobe Photoshop. They requested for a trial involving 15 images where the outcome was critical before the client outsourced $8,000 worth of contract to us.

Flatworld Solutions executed the trial where the 15 images were restored using a single resource and Adobe Photoshop. The client sent the trial images in batches via the email. The files were edited and sent via Dropbox. The client was convinced and extended the contract for 1400 simple images per week. We delivered 200 images a day without altering the agreed deadline.
Results
The client achieved cost savings by 50 percent and was deeply satisfied with the quality of output. The client was successful in delivering on promises and maintaining a healthy timeline for image restoration for his customers.
