The client is a customer-based risk management firm, specializing in offering products and services. They have a pan-America presence and over 10000 customers.

Client's Requirements & Challenges

Initially, the client approached FWS for their specific need of clipping 25 images. They wanted to onboard an expert team of two resources, including a photo clipping expert and designer. They sought us to clip, manipulate and change the photos' color.

Once, we understood the client's requirement, we concluded that color change for each image would take around 30-35 minutes.

One of the greatest challenges that we faced was the overlapping trees on most of the houses. Also, given the aggressive turnaround time, we had to structure our process in a professional way and produce highest-quality images.

Our Solution

Since the client is into risk management, they help their customers with home insurances. For this, they needed high-quality images of the customers' houses. So, once the client uploaded the images to our encrypted folder, our team started by working on the frontal aspect of the house.

When the coloring was done, the team had to work on the image/portrait manipulation that would generate clutter-free photos. Each photo manipulation took 60 minutes.
