The client is a leading provider of food packaging services to clients around the globe. The client is based in California, USA and is one of the leading providers of food packaging services in the United States.
The Requirement
The customer was looking for a reliable image editing service provider who could help them with accurate e-commerce image clipping services. They wanted us to process large amounts of images within a short processing time.
The Challenges
Some of the major challenges faced by our image editing team were -
- The client added an additional step in the process by changing the SOW midway during the project at the same price
- The client would send us the images only on Fridays
The Trial
The client wanted to test our services before outsourcing the entire project to us and decided to run the test. The test run lasted one day and we assigned a full-time resource for that. The customer sent us 5 pictures and we delivered the results within a short time.
Full-Term Contract
The customer was very impressed with the test run and decided to outsource the whole project to us. We assigned a full-time resource to this project. Our team member was able to deliver about 150 images in a day to the client.
The client provided the input images in JPEG format via a secure FTP channel. Our team used Adobe Photoshop software to quickly deliver images in JPEG and PSD format.
The Results
The customer was very satisfied with the result we delivered to him in such a short time. Our team delivered over 16,000 images to our customer in a very short time. They were impressed not only by the fast turnaround time but also by the flexible pricing of the project.
