The client uploaded the files to Hightail (a cloud-based file transfer network), and needed a partner who would be able and willing to log into Hightail to complete it.

The Challenge
Flatworld Solutions faced a serious challenge while working on this project. Flatworld generally uses FTP or VPN transfer for safety and security, but the client requested us to use Hightail specifically. Downloading the files from Hightail proved to be a slow task, as each audio file would take roughly 1 hour to download each. This affected out turnaround time.
The Solution
One resource was placed exclusively on the project. Once the files were uploaded, the resource downloaded the files before starting the project. Flatworld Solutions then transcribed each file. Time was a factor, as was quality, so there were multiple quality checks by our Quality Assurance (QA) team along the way to ensure complete accuracy.
The Results
