The client approached us to deliver insurance back-office support for an entirely new division. Our team was aware of the AMS they used internally. Being an existing client, they had high expectations from our experienced professionals.

Though our experts were familiar with the AMS the client uses internally, the back office support services that they required of us were entirely new. The primary challenge was to put together a team qualified enough to deliver the desired outcomes. The secondary challenge was the new team required extensive training to approach the required tasks with professional dexterity. Given the tight deadlines and a pre-established professional rapport, the client agreed to help our agents pick up the work. We collected all the written documents and video tutorials from the customer and worked on them internally to train our resources. With adequate support from the client, we had a team honed and chiseled to perfection in less than 30 days.
