The Requirement

The client was looking for full-time designers to help them offer quality deliverables to their clientele. The designers must be available Monday through Friday, and even on Saturdays, during peak season. The client stressed robust infrastructure, consistent quality, and a 48-hour turnaround.

Post this, we prepared a Process document and got a sign-off from the client. Based on the document, we hired and trained 16 FTE design resources. The client visited our facilities for two weeks and actively enrolled in the training process, where they introduced the resources to various media to explain the guideline better.
