This initiative saw the participation of 25 Flatworld employees, along with other City Government officials to plant saplings under a rainy sky.
This environmental outreach program was devised as a way to raise consciousness about the deforestation scenario in Philippines, a country which has seen a serious decline in forest cover - from 70% to 20%, in the 20th century.
