• Conduct comprehensive business research on global companies, focusing on their technology expenditures and market positioning.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights into company spending patterns, particularly in the technology sector.
• Identify and profile leading competitors in various segments, such as mortgage, engineering software development, and other relevant industries.
• Prepare detailed research reports to support business leaders in identifying new opportunities in global markets.
• Utilize advanced research methodologies and tools to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to gather market intelligence and stay updated on industry trends.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise manner.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business research, preferably with leading Auditing & Fintech companies.
• Proven track record in managing and producing high-quality business research reports.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and business data.
• In-depth knowledge of various industries, with a focus on technology spending patterns and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using research tools and databases.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.

• Experience in global market research and analysis.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on various industries.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI-driven research methodologies.

The successful candidate might be tasked with projects such as:

• Analyzing the top 10 mortgage companies in the US, focusing on their technology investments over the past 5 years and projecting future spending trends.
• Identifying the leading competitors in the engineering software development sector, including market share analysis, key differentiators, and growth strategies.
• Preparing a comprehensive report on global IT spending patterns across various industries, highlighting potential opportunities for Flatworld Solutions' expansion.
